Dog Mountain Dog Parties

One of our favorite places to visit with our dogs is Dog Mountain in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. As you drive up the long road leading to the entrance of this breathtaking area, you'll see an incredible sight: dogs running freely, chasing each other, fetching and making new friends. The combination of snouts pointing to the sky, wide-open mouths with joyful smiles and tails wagging in the breeze is pure happiness! The sprawling fields, well manicured trails that lead around the acres of space and pond create a haven where dogs can enjoy their freedom and playful spirits. It's a place where both pets and their owners can revel in the experience of being outdoors, surrounded by nature and the boundless energy of happy dogs.

There is a chapel on the property where people from all over the world have come with pictures and special memories written on paper dedicated to beloved pets who are no longer with them. Every inch of the walls in the chapel are covered. It a is heartfelt, tender, beautiful place to reflect on furry companions that no longer walk beside us, instead live within our souls.
